Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 18, 2026
1. Who we are
PUMP ("we", "us", "the seller") operates this service. When you use PUMP or buy PUMP Premium, you are contracting with PUMP.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using PUMP, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind the organization you represent, to use PUMP.
3. The service
PUMP helps you find nearby gyms and fitness venues, compare them, search activities, save favorites, and plan workout sessions with reminders. Gym details, prices, and availability come from third-party sources and estimates, and may change without notice.
4. Acceptable use — no misuse
You must not misuse PUMP. That includes, without limitation:
- Using the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
- Infringing intellectual property rights of others.
- Interfering with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping the service at scale.
- Reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or circumventing technical limits of the service.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of PUMP and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You keep ownership of content you add (such as your profile and saved sessions); you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
6. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
7. Payments and PUMP Premium
PUMP Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks premium features on your account. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes as calculated by Paddle.
8. Service level
We work hard to keep PUMP available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PUMP if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. When access ends, your right to use the service stops immediately; we may delete account data after a reasonable retention period.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
11. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
